LNC Services for LNCs
Dr. Riggs assists other LNCs with issues related to their cases.
The services provided for LNCs include (but are not limited to) the following:
Case Issue Understanding and Research
Fax or mail to me a copy of your case issue notes. I will review
and annotate them with additional possibilities to consider. If desired, I am available
to discuss the case via telephone.
If medical or legal literature searches are needed, I will undertake
them and send you a bibliography of citations (and abstracts when available). Copies of
the articles themselves will take more time.
Chronologies and Timelines
Fax or mail to me a copy of the chronology or timeline for a case.
I will set it into an easy-to- understand format for you and mail it back. If desired,
send me a copy of the file by e-mail attachment and I will e-mail the formatted
timeline / chronology file back to you.
Graphics
Simple graphical displays of information can be developed using your
timeline and chronology. Information will be developed using a spreadsheet. More complex
graphics requiring drawings will be referred to a graphics artist.
Reports and Report Formats
Standardized report format templates can be developed for your use. Send
a copy of the report format you prefer to use and the name of the wordprocessor. A template
or add-in (depending on the software) will be developed according to your instructions.
Newsletters
Many LNCs publish newsletters to send to attorneys but do not have time to
develop new articles for them. I will write an article for you geared to attorneys on a subject
to be determined by you. Also you can subscribe to a bi-monthly (every other month) article service.
Other Issues?
Are there other things you need assistance with? Ask - I either can assist
you myself or will refer you to someone who can!
